HANDLE ADJUSTMENT
The height of the handle can be adjusted two ways to
suit the operator.
Where the tubes are attached to the side frames
(A Fig. 24 and where the handlebars are attached to
the lower handle tube (A Fig. 23)
To adjust the height:
1.
Slacken the clamp bolts (A Fig. 23 and/or 24.
2.
Move the handle to the required height.
3.
Retighten the bolts.
IMPORTANT If handlebars are adjusted where they
attach to the lower handle tube, the throttle cable may
need adjusting at (B Fig.27) to obtain the correct
engine speed.
LANDROLL SCRAPER (Fig.25)
The Landroll scraper should be taught but not so
taught as to distort the side plates. If the scraper
becomes loose tighten by adjusting the self locking
nuts (B) at each end of the scraper. If all adjustment
is used up replace the scraper.
GRASS BOX
(Fig.26)
The grass box arms should be so aligned that when
the grass box is fitted its front edge should be paralle
with the machine.
If it is not, adjust as follows:
The left hand arm is fitted with an adjustable bracket
so the grass box can be set paralle on the machine
1.
Release the nut (B).
2.
Position the arm so that the grass box sits
correctly.
3.
Retighten the nut.
