CONTROLS

THROTTLE CONTROL (A Fig.2)
The maximum cutting speed can be adjusted by means
of this control. To adjust the engine revs. move the
hand lever clockwise to decrease or anticlockwise to
increase the engine revs.
OPERATOR PRESENCE CONTROL (OPC)

By raising the OPC towards the hand rail the engine
revs are increased to engage the centrifugal clutch
allowing the machine to move forward and the cylinder
to rotate. When the OPC is released the engine revs
drop disengaging the centrifugel clutch bringing the
machine to a holt and stopping the cylinder rotating.
IGNITION CUT-OUT SWITCH

The ignition is switched on by moving the lever to the
'ON' position. To stop the engine close the throttle and
move the lever to the 'OFF' position.
BRAKE RELEASE LEVER (D Fig.2)
The landroll brake is applied when the hand lever is
moved to its upper position. To fully release the landroll
brake move the hand lever downwards and pull the
machine backwards.
CYLINDER CLUTCH LEVER (E Fig. 3)
The cylinder clutch is engaged by moving the lever
downwards and disengaged by moving the lever
upwards.
LANDROLL CLUTCH LEVER (F Fig.2)
The landroll clutch is situated on the left hand side of
the hand rail. The clutch is engaged by disengaging
the hand lever ratchet lock and releasing the lever.
