To remove the main module already installed in the iBG3026:
1.
Loosen the two retainer screws.
2.
Pull the board ejector button to eject the main module.
3.
Pull the main module straight out of the slot bay.
Installing Network Modules
To add a network module to the iBG3026 chassis:
1.
Locate the slot into which you plan to install the module and remove its
blank module panel (or if the slot is occupied, remove the module) by
loosening the two retainer screws.

Before installing the double-wide 44-port Gigabit network module,
remove the mid-span support. (All other modules require this support
to be installed.) For more information, see modifying the width of
network module slots.
