CHAPTER 3. Router Installation
Dual AC Power supplies are recommended for power supply
Samsung recommends that you use two different circuits to connect each
power supply.
AC Power with PoE
The requirements for AC power with PoE are the same as for AC power.
Use the power cable shipped with the unit. To connect power to the AC with
PoE power supply, connect the AC power connector to the power supply.
Connect the other end to a grounded power receptacle rated for the iBG3026.
The power supply is rated for continuous output power for an AC line ranging
from 100-240VAC, 50/60 Hz. Each AC with PoE supply will support IEEE
802.3af Class 0 ports with a LMP-20. Additionally, when LMP-20 network
modules are installed, one supply allows IEEE 802.3af Class 2 support (7W).
The power supply will be provided with an IEC 320 type input connector for
the AC input.
Dual AC with PoE Power supplies are recommended for power supply
redundancy and/or if LMP-20 network modules are installed and all ports
need to remotely power IEEE 802.3af Class 0 devices.
