Missing primary color

1. Replace the toner cartridge of the missing color.
2. Determine if the cartridge selector is pushing the toner cartridges into
contact with the photoconductive drum.
3. Check the wiring harness leading from the cartridge selector/eject
unit to CN308 of the engine control board.
4. Replace the toner cartridge drive unit.
5. Replace the engine driver board.

Is the paper in good condition and appropriate for a laser printer?

Check the media type and tray type for proper match. Does the media
in the multi-purpose feeder match the default setting made using the
front panel?
3.
Is the printer printing within its environmental specifications? Refer
to the Chapter 1 topic, "Specifications" on page 1-14.
4. Inspect the high voltage connector for poor contact to the second bias
transfer roller.
5. Inspect the path the laser beam travels for contamination.
6. Inspect the action of the cartridge selector to ensure that it is pushing
the toner cartridges into full contact with the photoconductive drum.
7. Replace the imaging unit.
8. Replace the second bias transfer roller.
9. Replace the engine control board.
