Smontaggio e revisione forcellone oscillante
Posizionare un blocco o un cavalletto sotto il motore in modo che la ruota
posteriore sia sollevata dal terreno.
Togliere: le viti (1), la protezione (2) del pignone, la molletta (3), il giunto (4)
e rimuovere la catena (5).
Togliere: i tappi (6) ed il dado (7) del fissaggio superiore del bilanciere della
sospensione, il dado (8) del perno forcellone; sfilare i perni (9) e (10).
Svitare il dado (A) del perno ruota (C) e sfilare quest'ultimo; non è
necessario allentare i tendicatena (B), in questo modo il valore di tensione
della catena risulterà inalterato dopo il rimontaggio. Sfilare la ruota
completa facendo attenzione ai distanziali posti ai lati del mozzo.
Rimuovere il forcellone (D) tirandolo indietro.
Verificare il parallelismo del perno del forcellone (vedi PAG. I.110) e controllare
a mano lo stato di usura degli astucci a rullini (A) e delle relative bussole (B);
ruotare la bussola dentro al cuscinetto: se si avverte resistenza o rumore,
sostituire.

Disassembling and overhauling the rear swing arm

Set a stand or a block under the engine and see that the rear wheel is lifted
from the ground.
Remove: screws (1), transmission sprocket guard (2), clip (3), master link
(4) and transmission chain (5);
Remove: the caps (6) and the rear suspension vertical link upper fastening
nut (7), the rear swing arm axle nut (8); extract the axles (9) and (10).
Unscrew the nut (A) of the wheel pin (C) and extract it. It is not necessary to
unloose the chain adjusters (B); in this way, the chain tension will remain
unchanged after the reassembly. Extract the complete rear wheel, by taking
care of the spacers located at the hub sides.
Remove the rear swing arm (D) by pulling it back.
Check parallelism of the fork pin (see page I.110) and chech by hand the wear
state of the needle bushes (A) and the relevant bushings (B); rotate the
bushing inside the bearing; in case any friction or noise is noticed, replace.
Démontage et révision de la fourche arrière
Placet une béquille ou un block dessous le moteur, de façon à avoir la roue
arrière soulevée du sol.
Oter: les vis (1), la protection (2) du pignon, le clip (3), le joint (4) et la chaîne
(5);
Oter: les bouchons (6) et l' écrou (7) de fixation du pivot superieur du
balancier de la suspension, l' écrou (8) du pivot de la fourche arrière;
extraire les pivots (9) et (10).
Dévisser l'écrou (A) du pivot roue (C) et extraire ce dernier; il n'est pas nécessaire
de desserrer les tendeurs chaîne (B); de cette façon, la valeur de tension de la
chaîne restera inaltérée après le rémontage. Extraire la roue complete, en prêtant
attentinon aux entretoises positionnées aux cotés du moyeau.
Enlever la forche arrière (D) en laq tirant en arrière.
Vérifier le parallélisme de l'axe de la fourche (voir page I.110) et contrôler le
degré d'usure des cages à rouleaux (A) et des douilles correspondantes (B),
tourner la douille à l'intérieur du palier: en cas de résistance ou de bruit,
remplacer.
