Symptom
A persistent Bin 2 full message appears.
A persistent Close door G message appears.
A persistent Close door H message appears.
A persistent Close door J message appears.
A persistent Punch box missing or Punch box
full message appears.
A persistent Remove paper from bin 1
message appears.
The staple unit is noisy.
The elevator bin moves down to the full position
without paper on the bin.
The elevator bin moves up to the stack limit switch,
and the motor (SHPF elevator) does not stop.

HPT door service check

Step 1

Reseat the interface cable that is plugged into the SHPF.

Reset the printer.
Does the problem remain?
Step 2
Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Printer setup > Reset engine service error
Note: Perform this step every time a service error occurs.

Check the HPT door sensor actuator and door hinges for damage, and
replace HPT if necessary
