SENSOR TESTS > Hole Punch Booklet Finisher Sensor Tests >
Center fold guide home

Toggle the sensor.
Does the sensor status change while toggling the sensor?

page 488.

Make sure that colored teeth of the bifold roller timing gear and trifold
knife front idler gear are aligned.

Check the gears for damage, and replace if necessary. See

Make sure that the gears connected to the motor (bifold guide) and
bifold rollers are properly installed.
