Description
You can automatically print the "Journal 
Report". You can also automatically 
print it at a specified time every day.
You cannot automatically print a "Tx 
Report" or "Rx Report" individually.
  "Off ":
      D oes not print "Journal Report" 
automatically.
  "ON (no time setup)":
      W hen the total of the latest 
transmissions and receptions 
reaches 100 communications, 
the "Journal Report" is printed 
automatically.
  "ON (with time setup)":
      Y ou can automatically print a 
"Journal Report" at a specified 
time every day.
 Protect Passcode
    R efer to "Protect Passcode" (page 
8-33).
 Protect Function
    I f you set this to "Prohibit", you 
need to enter the protect passcode 
during operations or settings.
    F or details, refer to "Protect 
Settings" (page 6-21).
If you set this to "Prohibit", the 
prohibited function cannot be used.
You cannot set "Copy Mode", "Fax 
Mode" and "Scan Mode" simultaneously.
Before setting the mode prohibition function, 
you need to register a protect passcode.

You can limit the number of users when 
sending faxes or making copies by 
requiring the entry of a department code.
The number of out-of-paper 
receptions and copies waiting to be 
printed is displayed.
You can adjust the margin around the paper. 1 - 4 mm: 3 mm
Clear all data you have registered or 
set, including the speed dial entries 
and function settings.
IMPORTANT
You cannot recover the data once cleared.
