Margin

You can arrange the document image by shifting vertically and horizontally to 
add an appropriate margin for copying.
NOTE
•    T he document image is shifted according to a set margin, so a part of the document 
could run off the paper when copied.
•   Even if you set the magnification in [Zoom],   it does not affect the margin value.
•   For the duplex copy function,   the same amount of margin is set on the front and 
back sides symmetrically (horizontally or vertically).

Load your document and press <Copy>.

Press <Menu>.

Select "Margin" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Press [Edit].

Press [Binding] to select the margin position.

Enter the margin value using the numerical keys or cursor keys. 
You can enter the margin value in the range from 01 mm to 30 mm.
NOTE
When all margins are 0 mm, the margin setting is set to OFF.

Press [Enter].
