Replacing speed-dial numbers

You can replace a speed dial entry with another one.
• T he speed dials 001 to 056 correspond to the one-touch keys 01 to 56.
Therefore, the order of one-touch keys will change if you enter or change a
destination from one speed dial entry between 001 to 056 to another.
• T he speed dial entries you can replace are limited (page 8-10).

Press <Menu>, <1>, [Enter].
Select the speed dial you want to replace using the cursor keys and
press [], [Swap].
Speed Dial S003
001:Kyoto Head Office
002:U.S sales company
003:German sales company
Delete Move Swap
You can also select by entering a speed-dial number using the numeric
keys.
Move the cursor to another speed dial you want to replace with and
press [Enter].
Swap S003 S006
004:U.K sales company
005:Paris Office
006:China Office
Cancel Enter
You can also select by entering a speed-dial number to replace with
using the numeric keys.
The specified speed-dial numbers are replaced.
To continue to replace other speed-dial numbers, repeat from step 2.

003:China Office
Delete Move Swap
Press [Close] to return to the standby screen.
