Copy mode
You can enter frequently-used functions in the
touch panel keys on the copy screen.
Fax mode
You can enter frequently-used functions in the
touch panel keys on the fax/Internet Fax*1
screen.
Scan mode
You can enter frequently-used functions in the
touch panel keys on each scanner screen.
Copy mode
Sets the reset interval, which is the time it takes
for the copy screen to return to the standby
screen when no operations are performed. If you
set "Reset After Scan" to ON, the screen will
reset immediately after scanning a document.
Fax mode
Sets the reset interval, which is the time it
takes for the fax screen to return to the standby
screen when no operations are performed.
Scanner mode
Sets the reset interval, which is the time it takes
for the scanner screen to return to the standby
screen when no operations are performed. If you
set "Reset After Scan" to ON, the screen will
reset immediately after scanning a document.
Fax Ringer
You can set the fax reception ringer even if the
telephone is not connected to this machine.
Fax Ringer Volume
You can adjust the ringer or alarm volume.
Key Touch Volume
You can adjust the volume of the key touch tone.
Key Touch Tone
You can change the tone when pressing the
buttons. Different tones can be set for fax, copy
or scanner.
Job Complete Volume
You can adjust the job complete beep volume.
Complete Beep
You can set the beep upon completion of the copy,
fax, scanner operation including PC printing.
Paper Jam Alarm
You can set the alarm to sound when a paper
jam occurs.

You can set the operation guidance mode.

You can set the operation guidance volume.
Error Guidance Volume
You can set the error reset guidance volume. If you
set it to OFF, error reset guidance is not given.
