Registering department codes and names

Up to 100 department codes and names can be set.

Enter the cost per page of copy using the numeric keys or cursor
keys and press [Enter].
The copy cost is set.
Cost Management
Enter per sheet copy charge
00.00 _ (00.00-99.99)
Cancel Enter
Press <Reset> to return to the standby screen.
Press <Menu>, <7>, <1>, <9>, [Enter].
Select "Enter/Edit" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].
Select the number for which you register the department code and
name, and press [Enter].

001:<Not registered>
Close Enter
• Select [001:] for the first entry.
• T o change a registered department code and name, select the number
you want to change.
Enter a department code using the numeric keys and press [Enter].

Clear Cancel Enter
• Up to 9 digits can be entered.
• Already registered numbers cannot be entered.
The department code is registered. Next, register the department
name.
Select "Dept. Name" using the cursor keys and press [Edit].
