When the broadcast transmission or group transmission is in

progress

Press <Job Confirm./Fax Cancel>.
The current broadcast transmission or group transmission in progress
is displayed.

Press [Detail].
The destinations for the broadcast transmission or group transmission
are displayed.
NOTE
Press [Yes] to cancel the broadcast transmission or group transmission in
progress.

To cancel the communication, select the destination(s) you want to
delete using the cursor keys, and press [Select].
•
•
• "Reserved" . ................Destination which has not been called yet.
• "Communicating" ..... D estinations which is currently communicating.
• "Redial" .....................Destination which is waiting for redial.

Press [Delete].
The selected destination is deleted.

Press [Close] to return to the standby screen.
