Duplex copying of right and left pages of facing documents

Copy the right and left pages of the facing documents, such as from a book,
onto both sides of the paper.

Load your document on the document glass and press <Copy>.

Press <Menu>.

Select "Duplex Copy" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Select "Book(Face)" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].
The zoom magnification is automatically set.

Select "Left" or "Right" according to the document binding position.
NOTE
• Left binding
P erform the duplex copy function from the left page of the facing documents
starting from the left page.
• Right binding
P erform the duplex copy function from the right page of the facing documents
starting from the right page.

Press [Enter].
The icons (
displayed on the standby screen.

Set other functions as necessary.

Press <Start>.
