Erase center

Dark shadows may be created around the center of the documents when copying
from documents with a binding, such as a book or magazine. You can erase these
shadows for copying.

Load your document and press <Copy>.
Press <Menu>.
Select "Erase Center" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].
Enter the erase center width using the numerical keys or cursor
keys. You can enter the erase center width in the range from 01 mm
to 50 mm.

Erace Width : 0 _ 1mm
Cancel Enter
Press [Enter].
The erase center icon (

Press <Start>.
