Advanced fax functions

The functions that are not assigned to soft keys can be selected by using the advanced
function key.
To select the fax function using the advanced function key:

Switch to the Fax mode by pressing [COPY

Press [Advanced Functions].

Press [ ] or [ ], or [Advanced Functions] repeatedly to select the function. Then
press [Enter].
The table below lists the advanced functions that can be used in the fax mode and the
order of display. Refer to the pages indicated for detailed information.
NOTE: You can assign a function that you use frequently to a soft key for instant recall.

Descriptions
Use this to send a fax to multiple parties..
Prints the transmit confirmation report for the
next transmission.
Obtains a dial tone for on-hook dialing.
Use this to enter a dialing character.
Use this to make a delayed transmission.
Stores a document for batch transmission.
Choose the TTI to use. This can also disable
TTI sending.
Whether or not to attach the cover page.
Enable or disable fax forwarding.
Enable or disable Fax&Copy.
Enable or disable security reception.
Enable or disable separator page.
Enable or disable memory Tx.
Toggle between the manual and auto reception mode. p. 5-2
Use this to make an F-code transmission.
Use this for F-code polling.
Use this for polling reception.
Use this to enter the "/N" symbol.
Use this to set the paper size on the bypass tray.
Display the total printed and scanned page count. p. 8-8
