Delayed transmission

Setting up a delayed transmission
Your machne can store up to 100 delayed commands, each of whch you can pro-
gram up to 31 days n advance.
Your machne only remembers the day of the month that t s supposed to send a
delayed transmsson. It does not remember the month tself. So f you want to send
a transmsson at 2:15 pm on 5 May, do not program the transmsson sooner than
2:16 pm on 5 Aprl.
NOTE
If a real tme transmsson s specfied, the document wll reman set untl the
specfied tme, so you wll not be able to send any other faxes.
To set up a delayed transmsson:

NOTE
• To change the sendng tme after t has been set, you need to cancel the delayed
transmsson command and start over.
• To cancel the delayed command, press <Fax Cancel/Job Confirm.>. For detals of
fax cancelng, see "Revewng or cancelng commands" on page 4-26.

Set the document.
Press <FAX> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.
Press [Others], [Delayed Tx].
Enter the sendng day and tme.
• Use [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] or the numerc keys to enter the sendng day and
tme.
Press [Enter] twce.
Specfy the destnaton.
Press <Start>.
