Procedure
Using E-mail
Setting the E-mail address
1. Select the Detail Set: E-mail → E-Mail
Address.
2. Input the e-mail address of the remote desti-
nation.

Setting the Response Timeout
1. Select the Detail Set: E-mail → Response
Timeout.
2. Input the response timeout period.
NOTE
• Normally, leave it as the default setting.

Setting the E-mail address
1. Select the Server Setting.

2. Select the Server for RX, and set POP3
server address, POP3 Login name, POP3
password and POP3 port number.
3. Select the Receive Setting, and set the E-
Mail address, Mail Check, Connection Time
Out and APOP Authentication.
4. Select the Send Setting, and set the SMTP
server address, SMTP port number, Con-
nection Time Out, and APOP Authentica-
tion.
5. Select the TX/RX Test, and press Start key
to carry out a transmission/reception test. If
it fails to exchange messages, see the error
message to take necessary measure, and
try again.
