6.4.2 AUTO ADJUSTABLE MASTER SET

When the customer sets the master roll in the master making unit, the machine will
automatically adjust the position of the leading edge of the master.
Procedure
The duct plate moves from the middle position [A] to the open position. (1)
↓
After 2.0 seconds, the duct fan motors and the blower fan motor [B] turns on. (1)
↓
The master feed motor feed the master 40 mm when the master edge sensor [C]
does not detects the master. (2-1)
If the master edge sensor detects the master, the master feed motor does not feed
the master. (2-2)
↓
The master feed motor reverses the master until the master edge sensor does not
detect the master. (3)
↓
The master feed motor feeds the master until the master edge sensor detect the
master. (3)
↓
The duct plate moves from the open position to the middle position [D]. (4)
↓
The duct fan motors and the blower fan motor turn off. (4)
