4.4.1 PAPER FEED PROBLEMS

Paper feed jam Dust build up effects

Cause
Clean Registration sensor with a
dry cloth.
Replace the registration sensor.
Clean the registration roller shaft.
Bend the paper feed roller back its
original position.
Replace the sleeve fixed shift.
Fan the paper as shown below.
Then set the paper in the paper
feed tray correctly.
Feed pressure is set as thin paper.

Separation pressure is set as
strong. (! 6.7.3)
Use the side fence friction pads
Feed pressure is set as thin paper.

pad. (A friction coefficient is low.
