8. Turn the thermal head clockwise and remove a tab ( ).
9. Turn the thermal head counterclockwise, and remove a tab ( ).
10. Remove the thermal head slowly.
NOTE: If you cannot access SP modes, open the master making unit and loosen
the 2 screws [D].
