Removing Client Software

If the program you wish to remove is open, close it.

Insert the CD you used when you installed the software.
If AutoRun is enabled, the setup program, InstallShield
Wizard, begins automatically.
If AutoRun is not enabled, select
and enter
D: \setup.exe
location) in the text box to launch InstallShield Wizard.
The setup program automatically detects previously installed
versions and opens the Client Setup Maintenance Program.

to remove the appropriate GL-1020
Remove
components from the workstation.

Follow the InstallShield Wizard prompts as files are removed
from the workstation.

Click
to exit the setup program.
Finish

Restart the computer.
You may have to reboot your system before all components,
such as the program items from the Start menu, can be
completely removed.
