FINDING AND CONNECTING TO DEVICES

TopAccess opens with the end-user Device tab, which includes a
picture of the device.
TopAccess Device Status
This tab shows the following information about the controller:
Device status, which can be "Ready" or a number that

identifies an alert condition. Errors are in red and warnings
are in yellow.
Device name and location.

The contact name and phone number for the person

responsible for managing the controller.
Paper trays on this device (media size, media types, cassettes

and their status).
List of optional components installed on the device.

Administrative message.
n
At any time, the end-user may click
TopAccess status information.
Both end users and administrators can locate and connect to all
other GL-1020 devices on your network.
