2) Pull the seat pad off the hook-and-loop fastener (see Fig. 26).
3) Pull the flap of the backrest pad off the hook-and-loop fastener and let it hang down.
4) Loosen the backrest straps and then fasten together with the desired tension (see Fig. 27).
5) Secure the backrest pad to the seat upholstery with the hook-and-loop fastener. To do this, pull the part of the
flap that can be fastened forwards and fasten to the seat upholstery (see Fig. 41).
INFORMATION: The part of the flap that can be fastened prevents sliding or falling through the gaps
between the straps and protects against draughts.
6) Secure the seat pad to the seat upholstery by means of the hook-and-loop fastener with edges aligned (see
Fig. 26, item 1).
7) Secure the seat cushion with the hook-and-loop fastener.

3.6.5 Cleaning the Seat Upholstery

1) Remove the seat upholstery (see Page 13).
2) Clean the seat upholstery with regular mild household detergent.
3) Reinstall the seat upholstery.

3.6.6 Cleaning Seat Cushions

Standard Seat Cushion
► Clean the seat cushion according to the attached care label.
Seat Cushion with Foam Core
1) Open the zipper and remove the foam core (see Fig. 28).
2) Clean the cover and foam core according to the attached care label.
3) Reinsert the foam core with proper alignment. Close the zipper.
