 Any: Any destination IP address will satisfy these criteria
 Specific: A specific Host IP address
 Range: A range of IP addresses
Protocol:
 Any: Any protocol number
 ICMP: The ICMP protocol (1)
 TCP: The TCP protocol (6)
 UDP: The UDP protocol (17)
 Other: Any other IP protocol (specify number a number between 1 and 255)
Source Port:
 Any: Any source port number
 Specific: A specific source port range
 Range: A range of source port numbers
Destination Port:
 Any: Any destination port number
 Specific: A specific destination port number
 Range: A range of destination port numbers
Direction: The direction corresponds to the path taken by the IP packet inside the L-5500
unit.
Action:
 Keep: If IP filtering is enabled and an IP packet matches all criteria in the IP filter,
keep the IP packet (continue normal processing of the packet).
 Drop: If IP filtering is enabled and an IP packet matches all the criteria in the IP
filter, drop the packet.
