If you are having problems with the hub, find the symptom in Table 3-1 that
best describes what you are observing, and attempt the solution that seems
appropriate. Where more than one solution is possible, the most likely solution
is listed first.
Troubleshooting with LEDs and Reset Button

Faulty hub
Call Customer Support.
1. GBIC Module not

Unidentified error exits
Press Reset Button to reinitialize
loop. Resetting the hub disrupts the
network, which can impact
performance. This will not normally
corrupt data on disk drives attached
to hub.
