Performing a Self Test
After installing the Fibre Channel cables to the hub, you are ready to supply
power and run a system check.
1. Plug the AC power cord into the hub, then into a grounded AC outlet.

The unit will begin to run self test, which lasts 15 to 60 seconds. During
self test, all LEDs will turn on. After the unit completes the self test, the
Power LED stays on, the Fault LED turns off, and the port LEDs
assume their operational state.
