Carburetor Assembly - Honda VT600C Shadow VLX Service Manual

FUEL SYSTEM
Visually check the following :
- diaphragm for deterioration, pin hole or other damage.
- spring for deterioration or other damage.
- diaphragm needle for excessive wear at the tip or other
damage.
- orifice of air vent for clogging.
- 0-ring for damage.
Replace the air cut off valve as an assembly, if necessary.
Separate the carburetors ( page 4 - 1 3 ) .
Blow open all passages with compressed air before i nstalling
jets and valves .
