Configure the time in the same way.

Configure the time zone and daylight saving time
settings.
Select an item using the V and v buttons, and press the
ENTER button to display the setting screen for that
item.
[Time Zone]
Select a time zone in the setting screen that appears,
and press the ENTER button.
Only the difference from GMT (Greenwich Mean
Time) is displayed for each time zone setting. For
details on time zones, see "List of time zones"
(page 76).
[Use Daylight Saving Time]
Select whether to enable DST (daylight saving time) in
the setting screen that appears, and press the ENTER
button.

When you finish configuration, use the V and v
buttons to select [Apply], and press the ENTER
button.
The configurations are saved, and the [System Admin
Settings] screen appears again.
