Damper Rod Assembly
• Inspect the damper rod assembly for scratches or bending. If
it has scratches or is bent, replace it with a new one.
Fork Spring
• Measure the free length of front fork spring.
• If it is shorter than service limit, replace it with a new one.
 Service Limit: 488 mm (19.21 in)
Slide Bushing and Guide Bushing
• Inspect the teflon coating metals (slide bushing 1 and guide
bushing 2) for wear or damage. If they are worn or damaged,
replace them with new ones.
• Inspect the teflon coating metals surface. If they are not clean,
clean them with a nylon brush and fork oil.
