• Apply grease to the new O-ring 5 and install it to the cam-
shaft journal holder 6.
NOTE:
Replace the O-ring 5 with a new one.
 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
• Install the camshaft journal holder 6.
• Have the camshaft journal holder evenly by tightening the
camshaft journal holder bolts lightly, in the ascending order of
numbers.
NOTE:
* When tightening the camshaft journal holder bolts, the position
must be at TDC on the compression stroke.
* The ascending order of numbers are indicated on the cam-
shaft journal holder.
• Tighten the camshaft journal holder bolts in ascending order
of numbers to the specified torque.
 Camshaft journal holder bolt: 10 N·m
or equivalent
(1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lbf-ft)
