WATER PUMP

INSTALLATION

Reverse the "REMOVAL" procedure.
Note the following points.
NOTE:
S It is not necessary to remove and inspect the wa-
ter pump if the coolant is not unusually low or if it
has no engine oil mixed in it.
S Always replace the entire water pump.
1. Install:
S Impeller 1
S Circlip 2
New
NOTE:
After installation, check that the impeller shaft ro-
tates smoothly.
2. Install:
S O-ring 1
New
3. Install:
S Water pump housing
S Water pump cover
S Coolant hose 3

10 Nm (1.0 mSkg)
