RADIATOR

INSTALLATION

Reverse the "REMOVAL" procedure.
Note the following points.
1. Install:
S Radiator assembly
2. Fill:
S Cooling system
Refer to "COOLANT REPLACEMENT" in
CHAPTER 3.
3. Inspect:
S Cooling system
Decrease of pressure (leaks) ! Repair as re-
quired.
Inspection steps:
S Attach the radiator cap tester 1 to the radiator.
Radiator cap tester:
90890-01325
Adapter:
90890-01352
S Apply 100 kPa (1.0 kg/cm
CAUTION:
Do not apply pressure that is more than the
specification mentioned above.
S Measure the indicated pressure with the gauge.
