INTRODUCTION
This Service Manual describes basic functions, theory of electrical and mechanical operations, mainte-
nance and repair procedures of the EMP-1825/1815/1810. This information is intended for the experi-
enced repair technicians, and attention should be given to the precautions on the preceding pages.
This manual consists of four chapters and Appendix.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Chapter 1 Provides a general overview and basic specifications, specifications of controls, inter-
faces, consumable supplies, and after service parts.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Chapter 2 Describes the configuration of each mechanism, theory of operations of the basic mech-
anisms and controls in this product.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Chapter 3
Describes the step-by-step procedures of the trouble shooting.
DISASSENBLY & ASSEMBLY
Chapter 4 Describes the step-by-step procedures for disassembling and assembling the compo-
nents.
ADJUSTMENT
Chapter 5 Describes the step-by-step procedures for adjusting the functions after replacing the
specific parts.
APPENDIX
Chapter 6 Provides maintenance information (After service menu etc.) required for servicing the
product.
