Right click Scopes and select New Scope.

Configure the DHCP server name, the DHCP IP range and the subnet mask.

Click OK to accept the change.

You can add a custom option via DHCP Turbo. Select Option Types, right click one of the options on the right of the main page, and then select New
Option Type.
