Failure occurred in the Inverter circuit.
Failure occurred in the Booster /PFC circuit.
Failure occurred in the Battery Charger circuit.
Overheating. Check the UPS ventilation system.
Overload. Check the load level connected to the UPS.
Anomalous high voltage on the DC BUS.
Excessive DC voltage in output.
Battery voltage too high.
Failure of the communication system with the Power Modules.

Check the connection and the battery fuse inside the Power Module.
