7.69 Machine Type
MENU 69:- Machine Type
0= VTR 1= Dig-VTR 2= ATR 3= DAT1 4= DAT2
The commands that may be sent to machines depends on the type of machine as follows:-
Command Type
ID/PNO
Set timecode Standard
The difference between DAT-1 and DAT-2 is as follows:-
DAT-1
A Stereo DAT with stereo record only.
DAT-2
A two-track DAT with individual channel records.

7.70 Position Source

MENU 70:- Position
0= LTC 1= VITC 2= L+V 3= TIM-1 4=L+V+T
Note: different order on earlier software.
7.71 Select Pause/Stop Command
MENU 71:- Pause/Stop Command
0= Normal, 1= Stop, 2= Jog @ Zero
Some video machines will unlace if a STOP command is sent, for these machine it is possible to send
a Shuttle at Zero Velocity which will stop the VTR in a laced mode.

7.72 Timecode Standard Source

MENU 72:- Timecode Standard
0= Auto 1= Use System
0= Auto
Use Standard as reported by machine
1= Use System Use Master Standard as defined by the Master machine or in Unit Setup.
