5.2 TROUBLE SHOOTING
Phenomenon
Power is not supplied.
Test Mode is entered
directly after the power
has been turned OFF.
Machine does not stop
operation after "TEST" is
displayed.
Weight error occurred.
A specific program
cannot be displayed.
A key doesn't work.
Registration data has
changed.
Display disappears all
while operating.

1. Power supply plug has
loosened.
2. The fuse has blown out.
3. Main board is defective.
4. Power supply unit is defective.
5. Power switch is defective.

1. Adjust the load cell, and replace
it
2. Change the installation to a
vibration-free place.
3. Check the A/D board, and
replace it.

2. Remove the foreign body.
3. Replace the A/D board.

it.
