2D Noise Reduction

2-dimensional noise reduction (2DNR) reduces image noise produced in low-light conditions.
2D noise reduction technology reduces noise by maintaining smooth edges on moving objects.

Stabilizer

The stabilizer option will use software adjustments to stabilize a vibrating image when the PTZ
camera is installed in high wind, or other high-vibration environments.

Navigate to PTZ
Camera.
Under Misc (see
Figure
5-14), in the Auto calibration drop-down list, select one of the
following:
On to enable auto calibration.
Off (default) to disable auto calibration.
Click Set to save the setting.
Navigate to PTZ
Camera.
Under Misc (see
Figure
5-14), in the 2DNR drop-down list, select one of the following:
On to enable noise reduction.
Off (default) to disable noise reduction.
Click Set to save the setting.
Note
3D Noise Reduction is only available for HDZ30(X) and HDZ36E(X) PTZ models.
Navigate to PTZ
Camera.
Under Misc (see
Figure
5-14), in the 3DNR drop-down list, select one of the following:
On to enable noise reduction.
Off (default) to disable noise reduction.
Click Set to save the setting.
