D R I V E A N D D R I V E N P U L LEYS/KICK STARTER/CLUTCH
DRIVE PULLEY
LEFT CRAN KCASE COVER REMOVAL
Remove the frame center cover and left floor board
(Section 1 1 ).
Remove the kick starter pedal.
Remove the bolts and lett case cover.
D R I V E BELT R E MOVAL
Install the universal holder to hold the flywheel and
remove the 1 0 mm flange nut and drive face.
Remove the drive belt.
Remove the gasket and dowel pins.
CAUTION :

D R I V E BELT I NSPECTION
Check the drive belt for cracks, separation or ab·
normal or excessive wear.
Measure the drive belt width.
13.5 mm (0.531 in)
SERVICE LIMITS:
NOTE:
Use a genuine Honda Drive Belt.
