Remove the journal bearing from the crankshaft
with the bearing puller.
Remove the right and left oil seals.
NOTE:
Replace the oil seals with new ones whenever
disassembled.
CRANKSHAFT INSPECTION
Measure the connecting rod big end side clearance
with a feeler gauge.
SERVICE LIMIT: mm {0.02
0.5
Measure the connecting rod big end radial clearance
at two points in the and Y directions.

SERVICE LIMIT: 0.04 mm (0.0016 in)
