unauthorized u se o f, t he S oftware P roduct.
2.8 Dual-­‐Media S oftware. Y ou m ay r eceive t he S oftware P roduct i n m ore t han o ne m edium.
Regardless o f t he t ype o r s ize o f m edium y ou r eceive, y ou m ay u se o nly o ne m edium t hat i s a ppropriate
for y our s ingle P roduct. Y ou m ay n ot u se o r i nstall t he o ther m edium o n a nother P roduct.
2.9 Reservation. P olycom r eserves a ll r ights i n t he S oftware P roduct n ot e xpressly g ranted t o y ou i n
this A greement.
3. SUPPORT S ERVICES.
Polycom m ay p rovide y ou w ith s upport s ervices r elated t o t he S oftware P roduct ( "Support S ervices").
Use o f S upport S ervices i s g overned b y t he P olycom p olicies a nd p rograms d escribed i n t he
Polycom-­‐provided m aterials. A ny s upplemental s oftware c ode p rovided t o y ou a s p art o f t he S upport
Services i s c onsidered p art o f t he S oftware P roduct a nd i s s ubject t o t he t erms a nd c onditions o f t his
Agreement. W ith r espect t o t echnical i nformation y ou p rovide t o P olycom a s p art o f t he S upport
Services, P olycom m ay u se s uch i nformation f or i ts b usiness p urposes, i ncluding f or p roduct s upport a nd
development. P olycom w ill n ot u tilize s uch t echnical i nformation i n a f orm t hat p ersonally i dentifies y ou.
4. TERMINATION.
Without p rejudice t o a ny o ther r ights, P olycom m ay t erminate t his A greement i f y ou f ail t o c omply w ith
any o f t he t erms a nd c onditions o f t his A greement. I n s uch e vent, y ou m ust d estroy a ll c opies o f t he
Software P roduct a nd a ll o f i ts c omponent p arts. Y ou m ay t erminate t his A greement a t a ny t ime b y
destroying t he S oftware P roduct a nd a ll o f i ts c omponent p arts.
