includes t he c omputer s oftware i ncluded h erewith a nd m ay i nclude a ssociated m edia, p rinted m aterials
and o nline o r e lectronic d ocumentation ( "Software P roduct"). B y c licking ' I a gree' o r b y i nstalling,
copying, o r o therwise u sing t he S oftware P roduct, y ou a gree t o b e b ound b y t he t erms o f t his
Agreement. I f y ou d o n ot a gree t o t he t erms o f t his A greement, d o n ot i nstall o r u se t he S oftware
Product, a nd r eturn i t t o y our p lace o f p urchase f or a f ull r efund.
The S oftware P roduct i s p rotected b y c opyright l aws a nd i nternational c opyright t reaties, a s w ell a s
other i ntellectual p roperty l aws a nd t reaties. T he S oftware P roduct i s l icensed ( not s old) t o y ou, a nd i ts
use i s s ubject t o t he t erms o f t his A greement.
1. GRANT O F L ICENSE.
Subject t o t he t erms o f t his A greement, P olycom g rants t o y ou a n onexclusive l icense t o i nstall a nd u se
the S oftware P roduct i ncluded w ith t he P olycom p roduct t hat i ncorporates o r u ses t he S oftware P roduct
(the " Product"). Y ou m ay u se t he S oftware P roduct o nly i n c onnection w ith t he u se o f t he P roduct. Y ou
are n ot p ermitted t o l ease, r ent, d istribute o r s ublicense t he S oftware P roduct o r t o u se t he S oftware
Product i n a t ime-­‐sharing a rrangement o r i n a ny o ther u nauthorized m anner. F urther, n o l icense i s
granted t o y ou i n t he h uman r eadable c ode o f t he S oftware P roduct ( source c ode). E xcept a s p rovided
below, t his L icense A greement d oes n ot g rant y ou a ny r ights t o p atents, c opyrights, t rade s ecrets,
trademarks, o r a ny o ther r ights i n r espect t o t he S oftware P roduct.

2.1 Limitations o n R everse E ngineering, D ecompilation, a nd D isassembly. Y ou m ay n ot r everse
engineer, d ecompile, o r d isassemble t he S oftware P roduct, e xcept a nd o nly t o t he e xtent t hat s uch
activity i s e xpressly p ermitted b y a pplicable l aw n otwithstanding t his l imitation. T he S oftware P roduct i s
licensed a s a s ingle p roduct. I ts c omponent p arts m ay n ot b e s eparated f or u se o n m ore t han o ne
Product.
2.2 Backup. E xcept a s e xpressly p rovided f or u nder t his A greement, y ou m ay n ot c opy t he S oftware
Product, e xcept, h owever, y ou m ay k eep o ne c opy o f t he S oftware P roduct a nd, i f a pplicable, o ne c opy
of a ny p revious v ersion f or b ack-­‐up p urposes, o nly t o b e u sed i n t he e vent o f f ailure o f t he o riginal. A ll
copies o f t he S oftware P roduct m ust b e m arked w ith t he p roprietary n otices p rovided o n t he o riginal
Software P roduct. Y ou m ay n ot r eproduce t he s upporting d ocumentation a ccompanying t he S oftware
Product.
