The following table, Table 34., describes the basic procedure for starting the Viper.
Refer to the Operator's Manual (P/N 621260373OPS) for details on operation of the
Viper unit.
Step
Action
1.
Open the merchandiser
2.
Turn on the barrels
3.
Close the merchandiser.
Table 34.
Open the merchandiser and expose the control panel.
Turn all barrels on by pressing the buttons labeled ON
to start the normal refrigeration process.
Close the merchandiser. In approximately 20 minutes,
product is ready to serve.
