Specifying Default Copy Settings

In CentreWare Internet Services, click Properties > Services.
Click Copy > Setup.

Under Output Color, select the color mode that the printer uses for copies. If you select Single Color,
under Single Color, select the color.
To require users to select the output color at the control panel, under Color Presets Screen, select On.

This setting allows you to conserve supplies. For example, when Auto Detect is on, the printer
detects color in an original document that is almost entirely black and white. This setting prevents
you from accidentally copying in color when you intend to copy in black and white.
Click Apply.

Specifying Default Copy Settings at the Control Panel

At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button, then touch the Tools tab.

Touch Service Settings.
Touch Copy Service.

Touch Feature Defaults.

Make the desired changes to the settings on the following tabs:
Copy: Output Color, Reduce/Enlarge settings, Paper Supply, 2-Sided Copying, and Copy Output
settings.
Image Quality: Original Type, Image Options, Image Enhancement, and Color Balance
settings.
Layout Adjustment: Original Orientation, Original Size, Image Shift, and Edge Erase settings.
Output Options: Set Annotations for copy jobs.
Job Assembly: Set Build Job options.
Touch Save Defaults.

Note:
Not all options listed are supported on all printers. Some options apply only to a specific
printer model, configuration, operating system, or driver type.
