9. All Columns - Connect the directional signal wiring
harness.
Standard Column with Automatic Transmission
Connect the conductor tube (for transmission indicator) at
the instrument panel (Fig. 3B4-88).
10. Install steering wheel as outlined under "Steering
Wheel-Installation".
11. Connect battery ground cable.
