1) Preparations for engine installation

1.1)

State of delivery

The engine can be attached with steel angles anchored on a timber plate.
- When the engine is delivered, check that the GENUINE-ROTAX pack-

Remove the wooden cover.

Remove the protective packaging.

Remove the protective film around the engine.

Check that the serial number and engine type designation on the
type plate are identical to those shown on the delivery note.

Check the engine for damage or corrosion. If everything is
deemed "OK", the engine can be accepted.
