About time to replace lamp

When time to replace the lamp has come, the machine informs you of it
when you turn on the power supply, by displaying the message on the light
on the screen alternately.
When this message is displayed, replace the lamp by operating procedures
below:(SPC-0690: 3 pcs. included / SPA-0222: 1 pc. included)
• The lamp is hot immediately after it is turned off. Wait until the lamp cools down and replace it.
• Handle the lamp with care when replacing it. If not, the lamp may hit the main unit and cause a break
or an injury.
• Injuries can be caused by the edges of the protective cover or from breaking a lamp. Be sure to wear
protective gloves when replacing lamps.
• Even after the message is displayed, the lamp of the Post Cure Unit lights for a while.
However, as the amount of light becomes less, UV ink curing is poorer compared with that before
displaying the message.
1
Turn the power off.
2
Rotate the knob at the left and the right of the post
cure unit to the direction to be loosened (about
three times).
3
Hold the handle at the front of the post cure unit
and open the post cure unit.
• When you open/ close the post cure unit, be sure to hold
the handle to prevent your hand from burn injury and
pinching.
• Open/ close the post cure unit slowly not to break the
mercury lamp.
• During opening/ closing the post cure unit, do not get your
hand off of the handle.
