If you are unable to fix the problem yourself, contact your NSP for assistance. Depending on the problem you are having,
your NSP may ask for your RG2200's model number. To find out what the model number is:
Press the SETUP button on the front panel of the RG2200. The GATEWAY menu appears.
Select Remote Control Setup. The model number appears in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. For example,
Be sure that the remote control you are using came with your RG2200. Using more than one type of remote with the
RG2200 does not work. Your NSP equips you with a set of remote controls that are all of the same type and model. For
